Vegetable soup

Put 3 or 4 glasses of water in a pan and when it begins to boil add two or three small potatoes, one or two small carrots, one or two small courgettes and two or three other seasonal vegetables, making sure they have all been washed thoroughly. When it has boiled for half an hour, place the mixture in a blender adding a spoonful of oil. Add a few drops of lemon to make it more tasty. Blend the contents and then pour it into your child’s bowl. Let it cool down for a while and add 2-3 cups of Jotis Rice Cereal while stirring. The Jotis vegetable soup is ready to serve. Fruit puree with orange juice and JOTIS Rice Cereal.
