Preparing milk

Both your hands and the equipment you are going to use (bottle, teats) should be clean. Before you start, you should make sure that everything you might need is to hand. The water should have been boiled, but should not be hot when you are diluting the milk. Water that is too hot destroys a high percentage of the albumin in the milk. The milk is easily diluted with water inside the bottle. First pour the milk into the bottle and then add the water. Shake the bottle well. You should not use evaporated milk. Dilute it with boiled water which has cooled to lukewarm, not with hot water.
