Another campaign of compassion was carried out by the JOTIS company, supporting families with children who need a helping hand in these difficult times. Through the "Your wishes make a difference" initiative, JOTIS invited its Facebook friends to send their wishes in to their page and, for each wish, the company offered a product to the Nursery School of the charity association "THE FRIENDS OF THE CHILD ".

The response to this initiative, which ran from December 11 to January 6, was so overwhelming that JOTIS will offer enough products to meet the basic nutritional needs of the school’s children for an entire year! The first delivery of the products to the Nursery School of the Charity Association "THE FRIENDS OF THE CHILD", took place on January 19 in an atmosphere full of joy, emotion and children’s smiles.

Mr. Marios Papathanasiou, Commercial Director of JOTIS, said: "Supporting children is a top priority for us, and we are very pleased to be able to contribute to organizations such as the Friends of the Child, which carry out commendable activities in this field."

This action is part of the JOTIS Corporate Social Responsibility program, in which CHILDREN, from the beginning have been - and continue to be - a primary focus.

A few words about the Association

The Charity Association "The Friends of the Child" was founded in 1987 and today supports more than 250 needy families with children. In 2007, it established a model Nursery School where, through play and activities, children receive the necessary guidance and stimuli to help them escape violence and neglect and grow up in a normal environment.
