JOTIS company's "sweet ZACHAROPLATHOUME initiative” journeyed to Evritania, one of the most beautiful and most emblematic areas of Greece, at the invitation of the Women's Association of Evritania and the Municipality of Karpenisi.
Beloved chef and "ZACHAROPLATHOUME" ambassador Dina Nikolaou, created a tasty breakfast, preparing two original recipes: a sweet in a glass using cream, JOTIS Fruit Jelly and fruit and "an unconventional bougatsa”, with creamy JOTIS Anthos Aravositou and peach jam. Both creations had the participants' mouths watering. In addition to tasting the delicious sweet concoctions, the audience also had the opportunity to learn pastry tips, as well as to participate in a competition with many prizes and surprises!
The event was accompanied by a charitable social action on the part of JOTIS Company, which "CONFECTIONED FOR A GOOD CAUSE". Within the context of its commitment to social responsibility and sensitivity, YIOTIS S.A. offered food products to the Municipality of Karpenisi, which will go towards meeting the needs of the local social supermarket. The company also offered food products to the Women's Association of Evritania, which will be distributed to families in need living in the villages of the area.
The event was attended, among others, by the Mayor of Karpenisi, Mr. Nikos Souliotis, members of the Women's Association of Evritania as well as its President, Mrs. Ioulia Petropoulou.
In commemoration of this particularly "sweet" occasion, Mr. Marios Papathanasiou, Commercial Director of YIOTIS S.A., said: "ZACHAROPLATHOUME" is the "sweet movement" of the JOTIS company, which aims to inspire us to be able to create delicious, homemade sweets using simple ingredients that we have in our kitchens and share the joy with our loved ones. With their timeless values of purity, unsurpassed quality and ease, JOTIS products become an indispensable component in this process for… Surefire Success and Guaranteed Savings! More important, however, is that today "WE CONFECTION FOR A GOOD CAUSE", offering to those who are in need. We would especially like to thank the Municipality of Karpenisi and the very active Women's Association of Evritania, for their vision and social sensitivity and for giving us the opportunity to bring the "ZACHAROPLATHOUME sweet movement" to their town.
