In the framework of the Corporate Affairs Excellence Awards 2019 organized by EEDE, YIOTIS’s pioneering program "A Hope Is Born!", implemented in collaboration with HOPEgenesis, was distinguished. The program was awarded in the "CSR Program / Action" category. In addition, it received a special honorary award for "Best Use of Performance Indicators".

The goal of the Corporate Social Responsibility program "A Hope Is Born!" is to support women living in 90 remote Greek mainland villages. YIOTIS undertakes the costs of pregnancy and childbirth, as well as covering baby food for the first two years of infants, to alleviate the difficulties women face in these areas, given the prevailing conditions. The program has already given birth to the first babies, and more births are expected in due time.
